How we’ll use this

Process before writing production code

  1. Click through Founder vs Member — note what feels missing or noisy.
  2. Change labels, order of sections, and metrics in the prototype files.
  3. When the flow feels right, we implement one slice at a time (standups → metrics → verify).
  4. Each slice replaces mock data with real data from the same UI components.

Mock data lives in src/lib/prototype/mock-data.ts
