- Create task (title, description, link to Jira optional)
- Assign to: specific member OR to a Lead (delegation)
- See board: To do / In progress / Done
- See linked GitHub PRs on tasks (wrapper)

If lead selected, task appears on lead's member dashboard as "Team queue"
